Welcome to our store! We are proud to offer a curated selection of sourced products alongside our very own exclusive, handmade merchandise and stationery. Because we ship from multiple locations to bring you the best items, please review our shipping guidelines below.

📦 Order Processing Times

Handmade & Stationery Items:

All our custom, homemade items are packed by hand with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.

Standard Catalog Items: 

Orders for our standard catalog products are processed automatically and shipped within 2–4 business days. All books are shipped using USPS Media Mail.

Note: Processing times may take slightly longer during holidays or peak shopping seasons.

🚚 Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Handmade & Stationery Items:

Deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days (for domestic orders).

Standard Catalog Items:

Deliveries typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and supplier availability.

🧩 Why did I only receive part of my order? (Separate Shipments)

If you ordered a mix of our handmade stationery/merchandise and our standard catalog items, your items will likely arrive in separate packages.

Don't worry if one package arrives before the other! This simply means your items were dispatched from different locations (our local studio vs. our fulfillment partners) to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible.

📍 Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number for each package dispatched from your order. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking links to follow each journey.
