Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Luminous Book Shop. We want you to love everything you receive — and if something isn't right, we'll help you sort it out.
📚 Printed Books — 7-Day Returns
Changed your mind? You have 7 days after your book arrives to request a return. To keep things smooth with our fulfillment partners, books need to come back in the same condition they arrived in: unread, unmarked, and in original packaging.
How to start a return: just email us at theluminousbookshop@outlook.com with your order number. We'll reply with simple next steps — no forms, no hassle.
A few details:
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping costs can't be refunded. We recommend a trackable service so your return doesn't go astray.
• Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
• Need to cancel? You have 1 hour after ordering for a full refund — after that, our system sends your book straight to fulfillment.
Arrived damaged or wrong? That's on us. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no need to mail anything back.
✨ Handmade Stationery & Custom Items — Made to Order
Our stationery, stickers, and custom pieces are designed and hand-assembled in small batches, just for you. Because they're made to order, we can't restock or resell them — so all handmade items are final sale.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll always make it right. Just email us within 48 hours with a photo.
Cancellations: you have 1 hour after ordering for a full refund. After that, your pieces go straight into production.
💰 Refunds
Once we approve your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to show it). If it's been more than 15 business days, drop us a line and we'll look into it.
